CANCELLATION
Aparthotel Peña Telera Resort offers you two types of rates, with a number of conditions that you accept when making the booking:
1. NON REFUNDABLE Rate: At the time of the approval of the reservation, you consent to the charge of the total amount of the reservation on your Credit Card. Modification or cancellation is not allowed in any case.
2. REFUNDABLE Rate: The amount of the reservation will be paid at Aparthotel Peña Telera Resort, except in the following cases for cancellation or no show, in which you consent to the following charges being made on your Credit Card:
– f the cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance – without costs.
– If the cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance – 50% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged to your credit card.
– If cancellation is made on the day of arrival or no show – will charge your credit card 100% of the total reservation.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. Credit Card: Visa and MasterdCard is allowed, NO American Express accepted.
You consent to the use of your credit card according to the above.
Accommodation reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
It must present the credit card and identity document to judge its veracity, regardless of the chosen rate.
In case of fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties on our website use the Aparthotel Peña Telera Resort disclaims all guilt, to restore the integrity of the fertilizer must submit all the necessary documents proving fraud or unauthorized use.
2. Entrance to the apartment: 15.00 to 21.00 h
3. Out of the apartment: 9:00 to 12:00 h.
4. Modification of reservation: only for refundable fee, will not be allowed to modify any aspect of your booking less than 7 days before the date of entry to the aparthotel.
5. Pets not allowed.
6. Can not exceed the limit of people in each apartment type (including children making use of cot).
7. All guests staying at the Aparthotel Peña Telera Resort must provide a document identifying them (DNI or Passport).
* Aparthotel Peña Telera Resort reserves the right to change the price of their apartments at your convenience (once the booking is made the price will be established ) and performing other special offers or seasonal prices.
